  Master ruling techniques

Has one of these situations ever happened to you - you were disregarded or ignored, made a fool of or did not receive sufficient information to make your voice heard? If so, you might have encountered the ruling techniques. The ruling techniques are means we use against each other to oppress.  Blatant or subtle. Deliberately or not. By knowing them, you can counteract them, disarm them and strive towards a better working climate.
