Course content:

How to inspire and gain confidence
Managing anxiety
Different techniques for effective discussion and rhetoric
How to convey a message fine tuned for your unique audience
Voice and body
How to settle conflicts
How to avoid being disregarded in discussions
Feedback on your speeches/presentations etc, which are video recorded

Program: Three (3) full days or six (6) half days, or a combination of the two, according to your request.

Content: A mix of theory, practice, discussions and feedback.
